Mass Cytometry

Using Mass Cytometry you have the ability to measure many parameters (up to 50 parameters) at once with a high level of data quality. Instead of fluorphores as used in regular flow cytometry, mass cytometry uses metal isotopes to identify your markers of interest. We have various large panels set up for convenient and easy use. Especially with our comprehensible analysis you can get the most out of your data.

Mass cytometry example

Identification of main leukocyte populations and CD45− cells in murine glioblastoma by manual gating and representation by viSNE. (A) Example gating of cell subsets. (B) viSNE embeddings color‐coded for lineage markers. (C) Populations gated in A are color‐coded according to the legend inset and displayed in the viSNE map.
